About me
I’m Antonia — a career and leadership coach for young professionals in their 20s and 30s.
After 20 years leading multicultural teams and managing operations across Europe, I decided to pursue what has always fulfilled me the most
helping people grow.
The moments I loved most? Mentoring young professionals, guiding new managers, and creating spaces where people felt understood, supported, and gently challenged. I saw how quickly people grow when they feel safe, seen, and encouraged.
My turning point was the year I spent teaching in Thailand. I saw how young students could thrive when they received the right attention and guidance. That was the moment I knew I wanted to spend the next years helping young professionals navigate their careers with more confidence and clarity.
Real growth starts with self-awareness and small steps forward, and that’s the journey I’m here to walk with you.

Is therapy similar to coaching?
Therapists work with the past; coaches work with the present. Therapists focus on the why; coaches focus on how. Coaching focuses on personal development, goal setting, and achieving specific outcomes. Therapy focuses on healing.
How do I know whether I need coaching or mentoring?
Choose coaching when you need to explore your thinking, or want support figuring things out for yourself. Choose mentoring when you need practical tips, guidance, tools, and insights from real experience. Most clients get the best results with a mix of both, and during discovery call, we decide together what will help you most.
What happens in a coaching or mentoring session?
We set up your goals and how the ideal outcomes should look like. Then we explore your current situation, identify what’s getting in the way, and look at the options. You always leave with more clarity and a meaningful next step.
How many sessions shall I take?
Most clients benefit from a series of coaching sessions rather than a single conversation. A common starting point is 4–6 sessions, which gives enough space to create clarity and see real change. Many people continue for 10–12 sessions. Personal development is a process, which takes time.
Are the sessions online or also offline?
As I work with international clients, I work mainly online. In case, you are based in Prague, we can agree on face-to-face sessions.
